Deliveries

Delivery is Approx 7-10 days from date of order as all products are branded to order and beautifully gift wrapped with our compliments.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with breathepinkco. We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if, for any reason, you wish to return an item here are the steps to take;

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused and the original brand tags and the breathepinkco tags must be intact.

Please post your return parcel to 35 Castlegreen Crescent Dumbarton G82 1HA and ensure you include a note with your name and order number on it.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will notify you to let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Please note we cannot be responsible for clothes that have been washed incorrectly. We always advise washing at a maximum of 30 degrees and drying naturally - please do not use a tumble dryer.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend returning your parcel by Second Class Signed For and request a Proof of Postage. In the event of your return going missing we will not be able to refund it as we are not responsible for any parcel that fails to arrive.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
